    As a Senior Consultant at LeapView, you’ll work closely with founders and executive teams to solve complex growth, go-to-market, and operational challenges. You’ll lead initiatives from strategy through execution, owning outcomes—not just deliverables.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead client engagements across growth strategy, marketing alignment, operations, and digital transformation

    • Translate business challenges into clear roadmaps and execution plans

    • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and executive discussions

    • Guide process mapping, KPI definition, and optimization initiatives

    • Support GTM strategy, subscription growth, and operational scale efforts

    What We’re Looking For

    • 6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or digital transformation

    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

    • Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders

    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

  • Role Overview
    As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll help drive LeapView’s growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting go-to-market initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and partnerships.

    What You’ll Do

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities

    • Support outbound and inbound GTM efforts

    • Build relationships with founders, operators, and partners

    • Collaborate with marketing and consulting teams on positioning and messaging

    • Assist in proposal development and sales enablement

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or consulting

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

    • Comfort working in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment
