Role Overview
As a Senior Consultant at LeapView, you’ll work closely with founders and executive teams to solve complex growth, go-to-market, and operational challenges. You’ll lead initiatives from strategy through execution, owning outcomes—not just deliverables.What You’ll Do
Lead client engagements across growth strategy, marketing alignment, operations, and digital transformation
Translate business challenges into clear roadmaps and execution plans
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and executive discussions
Guide process mapping, KPI definition, and optimization initiatives
Support GTM strategy, subscription growth, and operational scale efforts
What We’re Looking For
6+ years experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or digital transformation
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders
